AWS · TESLA · UBER · FORDDrove commercial strategy and program management at scale
80–100 GUESTSSelf-organized Broadway outings, on the side
Story
Same skills. A different industry and title.
Across AWS, Tesla, Uber, and Ford, I closed vendor and partner agreements, launched programs, and brought people together around dates that could not move.
I already run a version of the next role on my own time: a few times a year, I organize Broadway outings for 80-100 people in San Francisco, negotiating rates and holds directly with venue sales offices. I want to do that as the job - group sales, partnerships, and live experience.
Skills
The muscles carry over.
Negotiation
Complex partner and vendor agreements under real deadlines.
Relationships
Long-term partners, executives, and cross-functional teams across regions.
Commercial judgment
Years negotiating price, terms, and contracts directly with vendors as the buyer.
Executive rooms
VP-level reviews and messy stakeholder alignment.
Execution
Turn a verbal yes into an operating plan, not just a pitch.
Hosting
Demand, logistics, and the room - run on my own time, a few times a year.
Perspective
I've sat on the other side of the sales table.
I've evaluated proposals, negotiated contracts, challenged pricing, and selected partners. I know what earns a customer's trust - and what loses it.
Direction

Full career history is here. A shorter commercial one-pager is in the works.
Let's Talk
Let's see where this could go.
I want to talk to people building venues, hotels, and live-experience businesses in the Bay Area. If that's you, let's talk.
